How does the 14-day trial work?
You sign up and get straight in. We do not ask for a card, so nothing can be charged during the trial.
What happens when the 14 days end?
Nothing automatic: with no card on file, no charge is created. If you want to continue, you pick a plan.
Do I have to pay the €290 setup?
No. You can configure your store yourself from the dashboard at no extra cost. The setup exists so you do not have to: we leave it selling in 48h with your products, your payment gateway and your branding.
Is the €290 paid once or every month?
Once. It is the initial setup of your store. After that you only pay the monthly plan you choose.
What exactly does the setup include?
Loading your dives, courses and packages with their prices; configuring the payment gateway in your name; digital medical forms; trip calendar and capacity; and your branding, colours and domain.
When do the 48 hours start counting?
When we receive your products and prices. We do not count the time you take to send them, nor the payment gateway verification, which depends on Stripe.
Is there a monthly booking limit?
No. Every plan includes unlimited bookings: we do not penalise you for having a good season.
Is there any lock-in? And if I cancel, do I lose my data?
No lock-in: cancel whenever you want. If you cancel, you can export your customers and bookings before closing the account.
Do the prices include VAT?
No. All prices on this page exclude VAT.
Do you charge a commission on each booking?
No. ReefDesk takes nothing from your bookings. Card payments are processed by Stripe, which charges its own per-transaction fee.
How and when do I receive my customers’ money?
The money goes straight into your own Stripe account, in your name, and Stripe transfers it to your bank according to its payout schedule. We never touch your money.
Can I change plan during high season?
Yes. You can move up or down whenever you need, with no penalty.
What support do I get after the setup?
Email support is included in every plan, and priority support in Multi-base. Updates and improvements roll out automatically.
